Airport Pick-up Procedure
Important! (this excludes the meet and greet service)
In the Baggage hall, telephone us once you have collected your luggage, (01276 600010 - 24hr number), so that you can be informed of the proximity and the type of vehicle waiting to collect you.
If you cannot locate the driver within 5 minutes then please ring immediately.
Heathrow
Terminal 1
If you have arrived on an International flight go upstairs to departures and turn left. If you have arrived on a domestic flight or one from Ireland turn right. Go through revolving doors that lead outside, to your right you will see a pedestrian crossing once you have crossed the road you will see on your left a lift marked LEVEL FIVE. You will meet your vehicle to the left of this lift.
Terminal 2
On arrival at Terminal 2 go forward, through the doors facing you and descend to the lower level. Exit the terminal via the revolving doors facing you, cross the road. You will reach a sign saying turn right. At this sign turn LEFT and walk down towards STAND 15 where your vehicle will be waiting
Terminal 3
From arrivals at Terminal 3, turn sharp right, doing a U turn. You will see a cafe called BITE. As you head in this direction you will see signs pointing to check in. Follow these signs outside. Once outside you will see an alley on the left which takes you the car drop off area
We will be in the vacinity of the car valet kiosk.
Terminal 4
On arrival at Terminal 4 Go upstairs to departures. Exit terminal Your vehicle will be in the vacinity of the valet parking kiosk.
Terminal 5
On arrival at Terminal 5 go upstairs to departures. Exit terminal go to second lane where your vehicle will be waiting.
Gatwick
Terminal 2

Gatwick
South Terminal
On arrival at the South Terminal go downstairs to the drop off point. Your vehicle will be in the vacinity of the traffic lights.
North Terminal
On arrival at the North Terminal remain the same level. Go outside to the furthest lane. To the left you will se some closed shops. Your vehicle will be in this area.
Please note: For the collection of Group passengers from either Airport a pre-arranged pick-up point will be agreed with the client concerned.
Meet and Greet
Marathon taxis are pleased to offer a Meet and Greet service if required. You will be met by the driver at the information desk and escorted to the car park. A charge of £10 will be made to cover the cost of the extra time involved and parking costs. We would expect to meet short hall clients 30 minutes after the scheduled landing time and long haul clients 45 minutes after the scheduled landing time. After the expiration of this waiting period the following charges will apply: Cars = 33 pence per minute. MPV’s = 45 pence per minute.
8 seat Minibuses = 50 pence per minute. 16 seat Minibuses = 75 pence per minute.
