Airport pickup and procedures

It is advisable for passengers to supply us with a mobile number when booking.

We track flights, however if there is a hold up in excess of 90 minutes send us a text to keep us informed.

As a general principal we pick up where we drop off if we are transporting both ways.

There is no charge for picking up outside airport.

If you require meet and greet in the arrivals hall this must be arranged in advance and will cost £10 which includes car park charge and 45 minutes waiting time. Arrivals hall pickup point, your driver will display a board with name and destination and meet you at Costa Coffee, in the event there is no Costa we meet at the information desk. This service must be ordered in advance.

If booking on behalf of another person please ensure they are aware of Marathon Taxis and contact number + 44 1276 600010 or mobile + 44 778813055, it is advisable to provide your mobile number and the passenger’s mobile if possible.
